Do not expect it was the gatehouse houses at the WH with the portable fences on the sidewalk and gates set back. Two pics west end gatehouse on Pennsylvania Ave April 2019. As most coverage is in the park, doubt security and military police would allow protesters to the gatehouse.

Likely it is the restroom structure on the opposite of Lafayette Park (H St NW) which is directly across from St John's Church. Pic Related.

In the Foxnews fire clip, it began with a small bonfire of a park bench then went over to the Church, showing graffatti, broken door glass and fire in a basement office (after 8pm DC Fire tweet stated fire out).

Agree Anon, definitely on the mayors and govs.

They have ordered people stay at home for over 10 weeks, instilled fear over the flu, news mostly blame everyone else, and now many people follow along with a few agitator thugs and peaceful protests turn to riots.

Mayors and governors have failed to hold the bad cops accountable for agressive, bullying tactics. Seen it in many police accountability videos where some cops act as bully and separate fro the people, above the law - a total disconnect. And public is kept uneducated of the lack accountability. Protesters only know can't breathe and hands up. The message they need to send is police accountability, respect for citizens and rights. Thanks to the thugs and antifa wannabes, those messages will now wait.
