Can someone please archive two of these videos?

This is KCRA3 footage from Sacramento. Scroll down past the 6:40 p.m. Sunday title and watch the LiveCopter 3 video of how these criminals took over Interstate 5 in Sacramento.

It appears the police step aside and let them run up the onramp to later come back in bigger numbers in the second video which also shows the women in a car from the first video who seemed to be directing the entire thing getting arrested.

This needs some analysis. Did the police feel they were initially outnumbered or is something else going on here?
