Q reference "Project Looking Glass" Bill did some work with this technology. In his 2nd interview with David Wilcock, and Bill Ryan on the project camelot channel , he talked much more about this technology and his use of it. It’s Antifa. They join protests, turn them violent and then move on. Police and fire services are then busy in this area so Antifa go to the next protest. The idea is to start all these small fires around the country until the blaze is so big that it’s unstoppable.
