USA: 325 million pop. / 100,000 Covid deaths

Accounting for 3X the population, how can the death rate in the US be 40X the death rate in the other two countries? They both had opposite approaches to disease containment and spread.

This was a targeted attack against America. OR, the death rate in the US is about 40X less than advertised.
