Just got this message from my bank. Any ideas as to what this means?

The early morning ACH file that includes electronic deposits and debits from the Federal Reserve Bank has been delayed, this impacts all financial institutions. The delay means that incoming electronic deposits and debit entries that normally would have been processed this morning have not been applied to accounts.
