The protestors were being separated into smaller groups, then "kettled" in groups of 20-30. They were told that they were in violation of the mayor's curfew order. They were told they would not be arrested if they peaceably (sp?) went home. Then they were let out of the "kettle" one at a time, and their pictures were taken as they were let go. At least this was what I saw happen to a live streamer last night….
