What does that bullshit term "vertically integrated" mean, in a way of interest to anons?

It means that AECOM owns literally everything they need to do business: the companies that produce raw building materials, the companies that organize human resources, the companies that provide every possible kind of shipping & logistics of materials, the engineering and design companies which design the projects, the IT companies involved, every utility-related company (electrical/natural gas/water/etc) needed to complete projects. No doubt payola to any unions involved, codes & inspections entities, and law enforcement.

In other words, they have made it very easy for themselves to do anything they want, and hide the evidence.
