Waters is basically saying their plan got fucked up.
POTUS didn't bite and send in the military too early. Waters knows she has now lost control.
Say it broke down. Would they need to destroy anything that might get into the protesters' hands?
Similar to a ditched mil plane or piece of equipment that would need to be blown up before the enemy got to it.
Whit Monday (Penetecost) holiday in a lot of countries in Europe today. Denmark, Holland included.
Not a normal work day so protests will draw more people. Should be factored into crowd size, IMO.
