Israeli's have about 30% Ashkenazi DNA. The Ashkenazi (German Jews) where most likely descended primarily from the Khazar Khaganate, of East European(Aryan)- & Turkic origin. The rest being Neanderthal DNA with minor admixture from neighboring populations.
