Oil products tanker PETION is underway from El Palito, Venezuela. This is the vessel operated by Claroil Transport Marine LTD (ties to Cuban gov't) and was brought to boatfag attention a few days ago. Change in draft was noticed, two stages. She is currently fully loaded, likely with gasoline brought in on the Iranian tankers FOREST or FORTUNE. Her latest AIS position was slightly over 22 hours ago. She broadcasts she is "For Orders" which is not a normal thing for a fully loaded vessel underway.
