I'm seeing some foolishness on Twitter right now about the good job Murphy is doing in New Jersey. The nursing home fiasco is egregious on it's own, but allow me to up the ante.
Yesterday there was a notable here saying NJ DHS classified ANTIFA as a terrorist org in 2017. Chris Christie was still governor. First of all, it's a bit difficult to even find articles about this if you do a standard Google search. I found two and not right away. Second, if you follow the NJ DHS link provided in the articles/tweet, you get redirected to the DHS homepage. In other words, the ANTIFA link isDEAD. Why?
If you do a bit of manual searching on the DHS site, you can trace out the page on which the ANTIFA article should be, according to the date it was published, June 12, 2017. Lo and behold, it's missing from the list, because it was removed. Guess what's still there though for that same date? An article bashing those damn white supremacists!
Now, the ANTIFA article is all up in the archive machines, so have at it. You'll see that archives were made up until January 2019, when Murphy took office. I don't know exactly when it disappeared from the DHS site, but assume it was some time after Murphy was inaugurated. Strange thing is, the PDF of the article is still live, through the archive link and by direct URL. So it's there, but not there.
What does this tell you about Governor Murphy's administration?
