In other words when they are involved they blame others and create a story around it to give plausibility.

source is known intel, but its coded within and most is a distraction/disinfo, likely to remain conspiracy. shares legit and good OS evidence but little for proposed headlined theory.

to add more specifics, if OS intel available elsewhere easily identifies the antifa payer as being in OH, and report states DC, thats disinfo not a mistake. knowing which intel group is producing you know who the disinfo is protecting/and or diverting focus from, the why can be apparent, but generally needs a greater understanding of the spy game or classified intel to make a actionable conclusion.
