Going by Q drops, I'm expecting the clock start (whatever that is) on June 10, with the two year delta of Q 1441:

But who knows, could be ahead of schedule.
Just be aware that Glocks have no safety switch. If you are comfortable with that, go to a gun range and try the model 17 and 19. Or at least a gun store where you can hold them. IIRC, the 19 is more concealable, is considered "the most balanced and comfortable sized Glock", and is often the most common recommendation for a first gun.
No matter which you choose, with the help of your gun shop experts, make plans on how to store the weapon safely from children and visitors, and make plans to receive professional training at a gun range from a certified NRA instructor.
