Look carefully at the video of them making contact, when they get him out of the car, he cannot control his limbs, they assume resisting and takes two to handcuff, walking him to side walk, two steps from car door FG just drops to ground, police stand him up, video to building a have him sit down against wall, FG has trouble and hesitated, once sitting look as he tips sideways, can't hold himself up.They then get him up ans walk across street, look at his gate, is stumbling, cannot fully control his legs, at the car, FG leans forward to get in car and drops to ground once again. That's where video ends, new video shows three police men on top of him, but he is on opposite side of car, from where he fell.

I watched this ten times, there is evidence FG was in a medial emergency from the beginning of the contact.

I read they were called or they called in about medical distress.

Also read they said he was intoxicated. People with heart attack or stroke are frequently thought to be intoxicated.

These are my own observations, I have had a stroke and can relate to people thinking your intoxicated and inability to use your limbs. You can only walk with assistance and your legs just go out from under you. Will be interesting to get more information.

This in no way excuses the actions of the police officers.
