I am seeing a pattern here.

The jail and main city police station by me has hundreds/thousands of homeless as well.

When you're about to loose everything all you need is a police officer to write you a ticket because he thinks you're an easy target, that ticket makes you lose your job, then you loose you place, and if have know-one you have nowhere else to go, you go there. So people start using drugs, others are homeless until they can dig out of the hole and vacuum that money causes, and as the demand of prices increase it makes it that much harder to get out of homelessness.

I think there is a correlation between police and homelessness.

Homeless are an easy target because you can arrest one, then you charge his BOND house him in the jail for weeks to months, to years then you collect revenue from the gov. to house him, you make 20,000-60,000 per person kidnapped in a jail because they have multiple problems that don't fit in to society or it's image.

Luckily for me I was able to fight
