Easy as sht. The riots happened instantaneously in every major Dem controlled state and city. Obviously coordinated. Soros, CCP and Dem money was distributed at the same time. Pantifa traveled across state lines to instigate violence under the protection of Dem political leadership. This would be the easiest RICO case to bring but the real targets would be Soros, Hussein, Killary, state governors, mayors, etc. The pantifa useful idiots aren't the real targets here with RICO but they'll still have their lives ruined anyway as they all get caught actually breaking the law.
