You can go to a brick yard and buy bricks, no paperwork, and as it should be. Think however, that one pallet of bricks can weigh 3000 pounds. Do you have a lift gate or boom to drop off the load quick… or two people spend an hour moving bricks off the truck by hand, noticeable by many passers by. If there is anything to the pre stagings, truck, boom, lift gate, powered dolly… things like that are going to be needed.
