Anons - It's worth noting the GEOTUS isn't obligated to attend a Joint Session of Congress to deliver a State of the Union speech…and he isn't mandated to provide a SotU on or by any set date, either. See below.

>The President “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.” - Article II, Section 3, Clause 1.

He could simply send Congress a SotU letter…and MOST Presidents did up until 1913 when W. Wilson broke with what was a 100 year+ norm followed since Jefferson's 1801 administration.

He could then "supplement" a SotU letter with a direct address to the American People from the Oval Office on the SotU (or from wherever he wanted, of course.)

Besides, Trump won't be appreciated by the Dims in Congress anyway, so I would not be surprised if he took an "unforeseen" Trumpian approach and blew it off only to provide the SotU on his own terms, his way, without MSM or Dims manipulation.

…or if the SotU timeline was either accelerated or delayed for breaking "Happenings".

Aren't we still waiting on the IG's Report, too??
