No reason to question the legitimacy of that Doc, as far as I am concerned. If they don't release 'The Memo' before the close of business today, this should be EVERYWHERE by Monday. Better to focus on the OIG memo for now, but when/if that doesn't happen, I would think this should be on deck and the next immediate focus.
