Philly Democrat Congressman Claims District Office Looted

Hmm this sounds fishy, getting rid of evidence? He’s telling people to steal ballots, doubtful someone else did that, probably his staff handing them out to antifa

Philadelphia Congressman Brendan Boyle (D) claimed on Twitter that his office had been looted on Monday night.

“Just learned one of my district offices has been broken into and is currently being looted,” he wrote. “We have notified the authorities.”

Boyle has five district offices, according to his website. He did not identify which one was attacked.

The congressman seemed to take the looting in stride, perhaps because unlike a private business, taxpayers will pay for his cleanup and fixes.

If those who are currently breaking into and looting my office really want our voter registration forms because they’re in such high demand, then I would be totally cool with that,” he wrote

Left Slams New York Times over Front Page; ‘Full-on Endorsement of Fascism’; UPDATE: Times Caves

Critics on the left are furious at the New York Times for a banner headline on the front page of its Tuesday edition that declares: “AS CHAOS SPREADS, TRUMP VOWS TO ‘END IT NOW’.”

The original headline, perhaps written to suggest that President Donald Trump had not, in fact, brought nationwide riots under control, offended the left because it suggested that the “protests” that had led to looting and riots across America were indeed “chaotic” and needed to end.

For example, former Democratic Party presidential candidate Julián Castro, who served in President Barack Obama’s cabinet, called the Times‘ headline a “fail” because it failed to describe Trump as a “budding dictator”:

During an interview with NY1 News on Monday, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) announced that the city would implement a curfew on Tuesday that starts at 8 p.m., three hours earlier than Monday’s 11 p.m. curfew, and said that the city of New York is “fully under control and overwhelmingly calm and peaceful.”

De Blasio said that due to what he had seen in Midtown on Monday night, where “a lot” of stores had been damaged, the curfew on Tuesday would begin at 8 p.m. and go until 5 a.m.

He later said that a surge of police into Midtown was starting to change the situation.

Host Errol Louis asked, “Is the mayor of New York in control of the city at this point?”

De Blasio responded, “Errol, I mean, respectfully, I appreciate that that is your provocative question. But it’s quite clear, we’re having an issue in one part of the city. Overwhelmingly, the city right now has been peaceful, throughout. I’ve been all over the city the last few days, overwhelmingly peaceful, even though we’re in the middle of a profound coronavirus crisis, economic crisis, overwhelmingly peaceful. NYPD is doing a great job keeping the peace all over the city. The vast majority of protests today and yesterday were peaceful. We have a small situation with a small number of people doing looting, trying to take advantage of what they see around the country and this moment. And we’re doing a defense against it, and a very strong one, thousands of police officers, and now we’re gonna impose the curfew earlier. But I’m just not going to accept a misunderstanding of what’s happening in this city. This city is fully under control and overwhelmingly calm and peaceful. That’s just reality. I’m seeing it with my own eyes.”

82nd Airborne Division’s Immediate Response Force Headed to D.C. amid Riots

Airborne division???

The Pentagon has ordered the 82nd Airborne Division’s Immediate Response Force to deploy to the D.C.-area amid rioting across the nation, according to multiple sources on background.

The force is the same one that deployed earlier this year to quell violent Iran-backed protests in Iraq. Sources told Breitbart News earlier on Monday that the forces were preparing their gear to deploy, but Pentagon officials would not confirm.
