The judge's "tree" analogy was stupid. All "trees" planted at the State Dept that may have the info are relevant. So yes, if they looked (intentionally) away from tree of emails, then they should go back and do it right this time now that the criminal in question is no longer running the Dept. Isn't that obvious enough? This judge is unreal.
Could you imagine something like the FOIA getting passed by today's Congress? Would never happen! We're way too far from our founding principles. And the sad part is that it's become normalized.
