Assuming Gen Flynn/Sidney Powell win by a (2 - 1) D.C. Circuit Court decision granting the Writ of Mandamus. What happens then? Well, Kurt Schlitchter just asked Sidney Powell that question yesterday, anons, and you will likely be as bothered as I am that Judge Sullivan would likely be able to ask the D.C. Circuit Court for an "en banc" (full Court) review of the 3 - Judge panel's decision.
Since the FULL D.C. Circuit Court is majority Dem-appointed, Sidney Powell doesn't rule out the possibility of the full Court reversing the panel's decision.
Assuming that the DoJ/Flynn's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied, DoJ/Flynn could either 1) allow Sullivan's kangaroo court amicus curiae detour from justice play out (time consuming) and hope that the gone rogue Sullivan steps in, off of the building ledge, and grants the motion to dismiss (w/ prejudice), or 2) the DoJ/Flynn could immediately appeal the full Court's decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Since Judge Sullivan has completely upended the Rule of Law already, there is a possibility the the Gen. Flynn case ends up in front of SCOTUS under EITHER of the above two scenarios. Since [they] in their desperation and panic have already killed hundreds of thousands WW with the plandemic, killed 100,000 here in the U.S. while crashing the economy, what is there to keep the Flynn case from reaching the U.S. Supreme Court?
Particularly worrisome is the signal that Justice Roberts just sent with the Court's decision (5 - 4) last rejecting an emergency appeal from a church in California challenging Gov. Gavin Newsom’s limits on in-person services due to the coronavirus pandemic.
We can now see exactly why [they] they have kept RBG on ice all these many months and WHY the Dems went full retard in fighting the Judge Kavanaugh confirmation.
