China is in a rather complex problem. Their one child policy has resulted in some very destructive consequences. Take a look at the male to female ratios of their 20 and 30 somethings.
Population collapse.
Retirement ages place massive amounts of pressure on younger working ages. Abuse rates among women very high, sterility becoming a problem.
China's other major problem is industrial. They need nuclear power. They can't build power plants to power the factories and society fast enough. Nor can they find enough automation to keep the lines running and provide for swelling domestic consumer demand. China is a massive consumer of goods, and their population has grown in wealth while expecting higher living standards.
While America has its own problems with regard to population and culture, China has worse. They may have been softening up the U.S. for a war, but it is one they don't have a hope of winning without immense support from the cabal… And even then… People like myself exist who will gladly take the opportunity to punctuate the "great leap forward" with "off a cliff."
