These are fuckin abuse victims that are on drugs. The circles under their eyes are NOT commonplace among that age group. There is a natural fatty tissue under eyes that does not tend to thin out until after 35, which helps hide the dark circles from lack of sleep when we are young.

Heard from a friend today that she had a cop as a client who had told her (before Trump was elected) that they were told to release any MS13 members they arrested bc our govt had a deal with El Salvadors govt to do that. Reason given was that the E.S. Govt was under threat of death if WE arrested MS13 (supposedly) so our elected dumbfucks were telling cops to "catch and release". All of this was always bullshit of course, it was just the deep state not wanting their little pets locked up.
