How can the medical examiners determine the manner of death without a toxicology report? Just curious… I can see making a conclusion about the cause of death (lack of oxygen to the brain), but mode and manner?

I am not a MD, but I would want a toxicology report. Some drugs and/or the cocktail of drugs and alcohol can lead to certain outcomes.

Thanks for confirming my logic, Anon. I know toxicology results can take 4 - 6 weeks to be provided. I was surprised that neither party said pending toxicology. That seems irresponsible to say the least. What if he took a drug or drugs or was given something (perhaps unknowingly) before the "staged" video started to roll? Maybe he couldn't breathe but not as a result of the visual evidence. "I can't breathe" can happen with a Fentanyl and many other overdoses, can it not? I say Fentanyl just because the quantities needed to trigger an OD are so minor…

Praying for truth…
