Baking is easy for the ones that are good at it. It's faster than a 10 red bull breakfast is what I'm saying. A lot of decisions have to be made really fast and someone who is in the cockpit shouldn't be dealing with frivolous issues in that moment. That's why we protect the Baker. When he get's distracted the board goes in the shitter then none of us get our jobs done.

Ok, we had a good discussion and the opinion I still have on Bakers is - The Bakers are running ops for 751 posts. It's like flying an F-16 because it goes by so fast. Baker Anons need to stay focused so anons run sortie cover for them.
