The most important task of a Baker is not the clerical task of cutting and pasting and posting and copying.
The most important task is an EDITORIAL TASK of selecting/identifying/culling the most noteworthy information, and either SELECTING or WRITING clear, concise HEADLINES to make that information CONSUMABLE both to anons and OUTSIDE OF QR.
It means identifying and PRIORITIZING what is true and helpful to our cause of liberty from oppression and destruction of the cabal that has been ruining our society for untold aeons.
To that, add the fact that TRUE baking must be done under time pressure in a sustained, continuous manner.
