sigh, there is no effort to take over the board

just an effort to maintain a little order in a chaotic time

 

not really in favor of bakers vetting bakers

bc you see the problems it causes

but chaos in the breads also causes problems

and in the end, it's the bakers who have to straighten each problem out - marking dup breads, reporting them, finding Q posts from dup breads, etc.

espec daily bakers

usually at the same time they are trying to bake

this is not only exhausting but creates further mistakes

solution is more bakers, which is why there is a class

we had no new bakers for months before that

now we have moar bakers but more attacks

let that sink in

more bakers, more attacks

Shills want NO bakers and will say or do anything to divide anons from bakers

Unity matters, do not let them divide us

Seems to be a new BO on /qrb/, yes. So board will continue with one-month bakes for the present. But all you guise who want to bake so bad, i'll support anyone who wants to give it a shot on /qrb/, either for practice or to taking on full responsibility.

One thing it's really hard to convey is how little time bakers actually have to read the details of anon analyses of any kind

(like seconds, really)

It's super-easy to miss a word like NOT for example and include misinformation

700 posts to read - try it on a fast bread

 

anons can help by providing a REALLY INFORMATIVE SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

I do this when i do my own analytical digs

So baker gets a 'capsule' version of the analysis right away

If you only knew how much this helps.

But shills insert complex but flawed or outdated analyses on purpose to cause division.

It's great when anons call this out.
