DC Chief of Police was asked about the use of a helicopter last night, low flying, to disperse the crowd:
"That was a federal asset. That decision was made by a federal agency. If asked in the future if that was a helpful tactic, my response would be no."
I disagree…it was very helpful and worked perfectly!
