way too difficult to get a license. They purposely made the system where technically it is legal to get one.. but you have to go through so many hoops just to get one and have so many qualifications. Upstate NY is a different story.

me and my boys have been hearing police sirens all day the last few days… My friend who lives in Washington Heights has been telling about gunshots all day, same in the Bronx I heard them too.
