Spitballing here. If there's a photo altered to extinguish a lantern at Obama's White House, and that's the image featured in Q-4389, and the next drop Q-4390 says "the lamp of the wicked is extinguished", then is this an oblique reference to Obama's wiickedness? Perhaps that Obama got the no-name treatment?
My reason for thinking in this direction is that it seemed odd to have a photo of a darkened White House (from last night) next to a message that equates light being extinguished with wickedness. But if it's the Obama WH that is depicted in that pair of drops, then it makes more sense. And we can expect the Trump WH to shine brightly in short order.
