It would be easy to begin talking about what has always been there as if it is something new in a bid to keep people from seeing something else.

Control by any means necessary means they will expend all of their ammunition. That is how this will all work. President Trump doesn't have to do anything. They will release all of their secrets to distract people.

But to do so, they will have to see it as being possible to win by doing it. They are eternally mystified at why they win… But… There's nothing in that victory.

Kind of like how they like to focus on "your legacy" as it pertains to Trump. "No buildings after you." That is the world they live in.
