Damn…
E-bot, splash one.
To be fair, I was a little terse.
First we are flying… Then we are launching into orbit… Then docking… Then launching again… Now landing…
Metaphors are all over the place, like wut the hell. How am I supposed to coordinate when I don't have a good mental image of what we are doing?
… I jest. Roger ball is part of carrier landing ops as a radio call. Though it can be used sarcastically, this would be a subcultural thing within the navy and among aviators and flight deck personnel.
You're popular. Seems you can't help it.
That's quite extreme, anon. Why are those munitions being expended into people who aren't rioting? While the police do have the authority to order a dispersal and they do have the authority to detain for a time without warrant/charge, curfews are not technically constitutional and being out past one is not a crime - and no law or ordinance can supercede the first amendment. I can hold an assembly at two in the morning anywhere on public or my own private property I want, so long as it is peaceful.
Now, the police can order a dispersing and they can do detainment for 24 hours, if memory serves, but that should really only apply to people who are rioting.
I get it, there are tough calls as peaceful protests are used as cover for riots. There are also idiots who don't realize they are stepping into a war zone.
But I think it rather short sighted to be cheering for even harsher treatment of people by the police.
Hmm… Perhaps.
Seems truth is a rather precious commodity among said stalkers.
I won't pretend I am innocent of playing spin. Nor will I pretend as though I haven't tried to chase down phantoms. But… At some point, I realized that said phantoms would, when they wanted, approach me and tell their story. I could spend a fortune chasing them and … Even if I caught them, getting a straight story out of it all is hard. Better to just let it all arrive how it does.
No?
