Matt has his camera on this girl dancing to some music on his left at the time stamp, but if you give it a couple of seconds he pans over to his right and THIS GUY comes within view of the camera, but then you hear him or maybe someone within mic range speak some sort of Chinese dialect (cant understand)

This is for the lurking operators and USMIL, its up to them to verify if this guy is CCP agitator or not, the way he came into camera view and then I heard some asian fucking dialect from him or someone in mic range, and I've watched plenty of polyglots conversing in mandarin in their YT videos to get an idea of what mandarin at least SOUNDS like.

I got a TIMESTAMP update for those that want to see this guy for themselves, since Matt ended his stream.
