Got some hotair balloons in the air over Texas looks to be the evolution of the balloons that Google was launching from Battle mountain

"Project Loon" "Dig I did about 19 months ago" this a company called Raven project Aerostar they are out of South Dakota Parent company Alphabet where as project loon had alot of little kids on their website in remote parts of the world Raven has normal looking folks from the heartland Ellsworth AFB is one of the places they launch from so seems less spoopy than Project Loon

Same Idea looks like they bring 4G in combination of supplying Defense sector comms

Yeah I can see where that would be a problem payload through fuselage. As a kid we would go out in supped up 4x4 for Albuquerque Balloon Festival and they would get out in the west mesa "which is all houses now, use to be secret helicopter base out there, which is a power station now" and the chase crews would be in regular 4x4 regular ingress egress angles and we would offer to go put a tow strap around their balloon crew and tow them back to the powerline road or wherever the chase crew could not go any further was always dolla bills passed for a fee..
