Trump has every legal right to impose martial law very soon. The constitution actually says it in clear English. While Im pretty terrified of martial law in the US, it wouldnt last long. You still have over a hundred million Americans armed to the teeth. And if it did become a dictatorship, it would be civil war. And then China and Russia would be sniffing around, and trying to take over states one by one. The US government know that. So thats why Im not that scared.
