>Why would they have huge brand new constructed cities sitting around empty?
Um, I dunno…
>(1) An underground garage was being dug on the south side, to a depth of 4.6 meters.
>(2) The excavated dirt was being piled up on the north side, to a height of 10 meters.
>(3) The building experienced uneven lateral pressure from south and north.

>Good people can apply, but are NEVER chosen.
I figured that out a few years ago wondering why "no ambition" meshed with "not wanting to cut throats and step over bodies."
Most of the people I grew up with took the compromise. Part of the reason I am here is to help free them from their chains. He was 34 (this was in 1980) and decrying how elections became a popularity contest (Reagan was an actor, remember), how Lincoln couldn't have been elected.
A few years later he was the "famous for being famous" guy. I never quite got that, but now I do. Same reason he won in 2016. You have to adapt to the media, or even "hack" it to get your ideas out there so people even hear your message.
Fake news is real.
