Parables 3 and 4

Parable 3

Matthew 5: 14-15

14You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

We are the stars of the show, the stage is ours when we choose to turn our light on and live our lives. Everyone is the light! He did not say some of us. So, does this include HRC, Obama, Soros? We would not have a story without them, would we? Heavy sink alert!

Jesus - You are the light of the world vs Paul, you are a sinner in need of a savior; two god paths revealed, the choice is yours.

Parable 4

Luke 6:46-49

46 “But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say? 47 Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like: 48 He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was [a]founded on the rock. 49 But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it [b]fell. And the ruin of that house was great.”

Our foundation is built from our experience, the lessons learned and the truths from multiple sides. One cannot achieve this by hiding their wrongdoings and mistakes? No, we must learn the truth about our dark side as well, as it is a part of us. This will become a theme for later.

Righteousness vs forgiveness? Are we forgiving our enemies if we choose to kill them? If forgiveness only includes the little errors, we are all in trouble, right? Define righteousness? Define forgiveness?

Parables 5&6

P-5

Luke 7:41-43

41 “There was a certain creditor who had two debtors. One owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. 42 And when they had nothing with which to repay, he freely forgave them both. Tell Me, therefore, which of them will love him more?”43 Simon answered and said, “I suppose the one whom he forgave more.”And He said to him, “You have rightly judged.”

Forgiveness is love and vv. Who would love you more for your forgiveness; uncle Phil who wrecked your bass boat or HRC? Who will God love more for forgiving the highest crimes? Note: uncle Phil must stop wrecking the boat and HRC must stop doing the rotten shit she did, first! Has anyone observed Jesus saying anything like righteousness or unforgivable so far?

P-6

Luke 8:16-18

16 “No one, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a vessel or puts it under a bed, but sets it on a lampstand, that those who enter may see the light. 17 For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light. 18 Therefore take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he [a]seems to have will be taken from him.”

Again, we are all the light, even if we hide our darkest moments. All will and IS being revealed. No one escapes this, no one, that means ALL.

This is probably the biggest reason people fear leaving the Savior model. They did bad shit and they are to afraid of it being exposed. Tough one. The choice is yours.
