I think so, because even if he allowed the FBI fuckery to persist because he's comped, there's probably SIGINT to prove they knew there was no evidence of anything anyway. Now if Rod was baiting McCabe and the gang with the Wire and 25th Amendment talk, securing Mueller as a way to get around them, etc, then he had to be setting them up for the fall. But we don't know if he did that on his own or with guidance from /ourguys/. There's never been any love lost between Rosenstein and Comey, and in turn, Comey's cronies.

Boom Boom Wittes putting this out one day after Mueller was appointed. Why if that's what Comey and the dirty cop were on board for? Then here's this clip last spring after Comey called Rosenstein a "survivor," seemingly an insult to Rosenstein for playing both sides. Rosenstein never got though, Comey did. And Comey was seemingly assmad over it.

Also here's something else that McCabe alleges, that Rosenstein wanted to talk to Comey AFTER he was fired. Why the fuck would he want to talk to the guy he just fired? Assuming McCabe isn't lying about it.
