Researching a little bit of why POTUS has only used active military personnel in Washington D.C. is because D.C. has no governor & no National Guard. Congress retains the majority of control of the district. So the military presence should be considered in a different lens.

The distress of some anons /LB in regards to the NG taking a knee seem to be an emotional over reaction.

When emotion becomes a variable in an equation to evaluate a situation then responding appropriately becomes tainted. (Damn I hope that doesn't come across sounding like Al Sharpton…)

During a crisis in each of your lives (EVERYONE has them), has being emotional ever been productive in coming to a resolution in the crisis?

Maybe those concerned anons have legitimate concerns but I prefer not to have anyone that just throws in the towel when something doesn't go how they believe it should to watch my back in warfare, weither it be psychological warfare or physical warfare.
