I'm listening to the news and they comment on this is the 7th day of "protests".

Could 10 days of darkness be a reference to ten days of riots? That the DS had this planned but need a trigger event?

When they say "Original SIn" of our society, it infuriates me.

Most of the Founding Fathers were against Slavery but in order to have the support of the Southern States, they had to live with it but built in provisions to phase it out. They couldn't have forseen the cotton gin or the industrial revolution.

Without this compromise, no thirteen states. Without all thirteen states, no action in the south and Revolutionary War fails.

Colonies stay British and no Civil War and the elimination of slavery. If fact, most likely, even more state would have been slave states s we spread across the continent.
