I think the jury is still out on this Phillipe Cunningham dude from Minneapolis. I don't think the parents have been definitively identified.

He seems to have appeared from nowhere, has controversial aspects about himself, and has Chicago connections in the past.

There may be more to this woman/man. Connections with Obama?

I think we need more digs on this. I can't locate his parents definitively.
