First I know why Mueller at the congressional hearings ever, doesn’t speak about investigating the Steele Dossier, is because he was instructed to construct a whole narrative out of research his team did, and what “I don’t know Christopher’s Steel, who is that”! Basically saying he team didn’t use the dossier.

Second the entire final scope memo brought by Rosenstein up all kinds of points and Steele dossier to investigate. So his answers are untrue; and so are Muellers. Since the 4th scope memo was released, we know Rosenstein gave Mueller scope to investigate anything involved in the dossier. But mueller’s team scrupulously avoided mentioning the Steele dossier In the report; and Mueller didn’t seem to know anything about it.

The instructions from the cabal were clear to the Mueller and team, don’t mention Steele at all, because that’s going to come out as absolute BS, and we’ll be able dodge and cover for years if you write this report correct; oh and include a 2nd chapter of the report questioning Trump and what thoughts he had in his mind, because that will make people believe he’s guilty.
