Not many anons may know, but there has been high-level dissent and pressure in Beijing, due to the wealthy power structure relying on their Hong Kong connections to maintain their financial empires. Xi is a threat to that. Moves against HK at this particular time are theorized to be because of the rising dissent there….i.e., better to shut it down now and risk a backlash, rather than let the next HK election vote in more independent thinkers.
It would seem internally that China's current regime is under immense pressure to keep the illusion going for the NPC chinese citizen. Pressure on the Yuan, pressure from India, pressure in Hong Kong, pressure in Taiwan, and now pressure from Bannon on the info war. Just yesterday Philippines announced it was keeping the VFA agreement with the US, which effectively makes PH a cluster of military access points boxing in the South China sea.
Lets also not forget the '72 years' theory about Chinese regimes, which has come due. Lets hope Bannon can accomplish a massive red-pilling, or at least sew a shitload of confusion.
