Angela Stanton King to Eric Holder and Obama: “If America Is So Bad Why Are They Fighting to Open Our Borders to All of these Illegal Immigrants”
Angela Stanton King, a candidate for Georgia’s 5th District and goddaughter of Dr. Alveda King, joined Laura Ingraham tonight to discuss Barack Obama’s town hall today on racism and race relations.
Former Attorney General Eric Holder also spoke out against racism in America today.
Here was Angela’s response to Obama and his ‘wingman’ Eric Holder–
Angela Stanton King: I have to challenge that. Because if America is so bad why are they fighting to open our borders for all of these illegal immigrants to just flow into our country and have access to opportunity. So America isn’t as bad as they’re trying to proclaim it is to be.

US to Designate Four Additional Chinese Media Outlets as ‘Foreign Missions’, Report Claims
The administration of US president Donald Trump designated in mid-February five Chinese media outlets as foreign missions, including Xinhua News Agency, the China Global Television Network that falls under the China Central Television (CCTV), China Radio International, China Daily Distribution Corporation, and Hai Tian Development USA.
The US State Department is expected to place four additional Chinese state-run media outlets with offices in the United States under restriction, designating them as missions of the Chinese government, Reuters reported on Wednesday, citing three sources familiar with the matter.
The designation, expected to be announced as soon as Thursday, would force the media to share their personnel lists and register all properties they rent or own in the US with the State Department. In addition, employees for these entities would be branded as agents of the Chinese government.
The new measures are expected to include China Central Television (CCTV) and China News Service, which are the two top Chinese state-owned networks, according to Reuters.
The State Department did not respond to a confirmation request by the outlet.
The move comes as the US-China relationship continues to be strained. In particular, relations recently with the Trump administration accusing Beijing of covering-up the seriousness of the coronavirus outbreak in the country in its early stages and claiming the virus was of artificial origin. Relations deteriorated further with the White House announcing in late May that it would no longer consider Hong Kong as autonomous from the remainder of China.
On 19 February, the US slapped similar restrictions on five Chinese media outlets, claiming that the five organisations did not serve as independent news outlets and were effectively under the control of the Chinese government.
The February designations targeted Xinhua News Agency, China Global Television Network, China Radio International, China Daily Distribution Corporation and Hai Tian Development USA.

L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti to Cut $150 Million from Police; ‘Reinvest’ in ‘Communities of Color’
LOS ANGELES, California — Mayor Eric Garcetti announced Wednesday evening that the City of Los Angeles would cut up to $150 million from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and “reinvest” the funds in the local black community.
“This is bigger than just a budget, but I want you to know we will not be increasing our police budget — how can we at this moment?” Garcetti asked.
Instead, Garcetti said, he had worked with the city council and community leaders to reach an agreement “to commit to reinvesting in black communities, and communities of color; in those places left behind.”
He recounted statistics demonstrating racial inequality, and concluded: “I have instructed and committed … that our city … identify $250 million in cuts, so we could invest in jobs, in health, in education, and in healing. And that those dollars need to be focused on our black community here in Los Angeles, as well as communities of color, and women, and people who have been left behind, for too long.”
That would require cuts to every department, including the police, he said.
“We all have to step up and say: What can we sacrifice?”
Racial justice, he said, was “worth sacrificing for.”
Eileen Decker, president of the Los Angeles Police Commission, spoke during Garcetti’s presentation, and estimated the cuts to policing at $100 million to $150 million.
In his speech, Garcetti also implicitly criticized President Donald Trump, saying that leaders in Washington wanted “to go back to 20th or 19th century policing, to get tough, ‘to dominate,’ to not worry about people’s heads, to dehumanize them as you put them into squad cars.”
He concluded: “This not only does not save lives, it costs lives.”
In contrast, Garcetti, praised and thanked former President Barack Obama for his advocacy for police reform, referring to Obama’s speech to his My Brother’s Keeper organization earlier in the day.
Garcetti referred to the killing of George Floyd by police in Minneapolis, Minnesota, last week, as a “modern-day lynching,” as he had on Tuesday.
He spoke as protests moved through downtown Los Angeles, largely peacefully, though traffic was disrupted and many businesses remained boarded up after the looting and rioting that took place over the weekend.
Protests targeted District Attorney Jackie Lacey, and signs included “DEFUND LAPD” and “COPS R NOT ESSENTIAL.”

Media figures and politicians alike have downplayed the violence and looting occurring throughout the United States following the death of George Floyd.
Activists have set cars ablaze, looted and pillaged businesses, and protested against police in cities across the nation over the death of Floyd, a black man who died after a police officer knelt on his neck for several minutes.
The police officer, Derek Chauvin, has been fired and charged with murder and manslaughter. (RELATED: Rioters Chase, Threaten Daily Caller News Foundation Reporter Through The Streets Of DC)
Both media figures and politicians have downplayed the destruction during the riots and protests, and some have suggested that white supremacists are to blame for destruction or violence. Notable people who have downplayed the violence include MSNBC’s Chris Hayes, Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkin, and more.
New York Times Writer Nikole Hannah-Jones
New York Times writer Nikole Hannah-Jones defended the rioting Tuesday, telling CBS News: “We need to be really careful with our language. Yes, it is disturbing to see property being destroyed. It is disturbing to see people taking property from stores. But these are things.”
“Violence is when an agent of the state kneels on a man’s neck until all of the life is leached out of his body,” she added. “Destroying property which can be replaced is not violence. And to use the exact same language to describe those two things, it’s not moral to do that.”

Allen West: Facebook and Twitter Help Antifa While Censoring Everyday Americans Protesting Lockdowns
Former Rep. Allen West (R-FL) highlighted Facebook and Twitter’s politically-driven and arbitrary censorship of information, contrasting the platforms’ facilitation of operations executed by Antifa and Black Lives Matter while censoring disagreement with public health authorities’ positions.
West joined Tuesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host Ed Martin to discuss ongoing unrest, protests, and riots following the death of George Floyd.
West remarked, “What infuriates me more than anything else is that these social media platforms are being used by groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter to organize, to get out their orders and instructions, but when we had everyday Americans that wanted to have rallies about the unconstitutionality of these stay-at-home orders and the lockdowns and shutdowns — I call it illegal martial law and house arrest — Facebook and Twitter threatened to censor them … Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey need to stop making decisions based upon their ideological agendas.”
“[The killing of George Floyd] was heinous,” West stated. “It was offensive. It was evil. It was tyrannical and despotic to see someone put their entire weight in their left knee on the carotid artery of a man who was handcuffed, and his crime was forgery — $20 bills — not armed robbery, not attempted murder, or aggravated assault. So, he was not armed or any danger to any of those four police officers that were there around him.”
West continued, “There is no excuse for what we see happening in America. It just goes back to the Rahm Emanuel mantra of never letting a good crisis go to waste.”
“Antifa is a domestic terrorist group,” West declared, “and we need to peel the onion back. We need to find the leadership. We need to find the resourcing. Black Lives Matter is no better. Black Lives Matter does not show up in Chicago or any of the other major urban population centers across the country run by Democrats, where you see black-on-black crime. They say nothing about the atrocious fact that 20 million black babies have been murdered in the womb thanks to Planned Parenthood, which was founded by a white supremacist and a racist.”
West went on, “I see people cherry-picking and using the theme of racism and being a racist to fit an ideological agenda, and we have got to have strong voices to stand up and push back against this. If we cannot maintain law and order in our streets, then we’re going to see the undermining of our constitutional republic.”
“We now have a domestic enemy,” West said. “We have an enemy that, without a doubt, has declared that they want to undermine this constitutional republic. They want to replace it with a governing system that is completely different.”
West added, “We cannot have these seditious organizations and groups that are running amok in the United States of America and recruiting people.”
November’s elections present a choice between individual sovereignty and collective enslavement, determined West.

NYT employees accuse paper of putting 'black staff in danger' by running GOP senator's op-ed
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) has issued a call to 'send in the troops' to stop riots
Several employees of The New York Times have unified in open revolt over the newspaper's decision to publish an op-ed by Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), wherein he calls on President Donald Trump to "send in the troops" to stop the rioting in cities across the U.S. over the death of George Floyd.
In public condemnation of their own employer, a number of The Times' employees tweeted in response to the column, "Running this puts Black @NYTimes staff in danger."
What are the details?
Cotton writes in the piece that police forces across the nation are outnumbered — noting multiple instances of officers who have been killed by criminals — and called on the president to invoke the Insurrection Act, pointing to times in the past when commanders-in-chief have employed the military "to protect law-abiding citizens from disorder."
The senator argued, "Some elites have excused this orgy of violence in the spirit of radical chic, calling it an understandable response to the wrongful death of George Floyd. Those excuses are built on a revolting moral equivalence of rioters and looters to peaceful, law-abiding protestors. A majority who seek to protest peacefully shouldn't be confused with bands of miscreants."
The Arkansas Republican also cited a Morning Consult poll indicating that most of the public agrees with him.
But employees of The Times made it clear they didn't believe Cotton's opinion piece should have been printed. The Daily Wire Editor in Chief Ben Shapiro cited five Times staffers who all tweeted, "Running this puts Black @NYTimes staff in danger."
Shapiro wrote, "Perhaps my favorite thing about the idiotic NYT employees enraged at the paper running an op-ed from a US Senator that happens to reflect the views of 7 in 10 Americans is that they're doing the stupid 'repeat this slogan after me' tactic they learned in college."
