The right to be safe from criminals, that should be in jail.
The Sheriff can arrest any Federal Agent or Police officer whom he finds violating the unalienable rights of a People. The Sheriff can arrest the Governor or any elected or appointed official whom he finds violating the unalienable rights of a People. If the Sheriff feels more comfortable seeking an indictment before an arrest, he should do so. The Sheriff’s “Rule of Thumb” when it comes to knowing the authority of a Judge, should be “American Jurisprudence”; any Judge acting outside of jurisprudence should be arrested for violating the unalienable rights of their victim.
