Seems the US is at the Crisis stage. He mentions that the only way to revert from this stage before going to Normalization, is some covert action by CIA. I take this to mean that some type of intelligence agency can overturn this road to perdition with some type of covert campaign. In thinking about how this could be accomplished, the first thing that struck me was Q. Maybe it could be just some nefarious psy-op to further the subversion, but it also fits the description as the way to reverse course. The Q mythos of "taking back America" from subversives with a "plan to destroy America" through mass awakening of the hidden hand fits. Q is supposedly a long planned answer by military intelligence, who I'm sure are well aware of everything stated in Yuri's lecture. Add to this that Yuri concludes that the strongest defense is a well established religious current in a society, a common theme of the Q campaign and things, at least superficially, seem plausible.
