Those notes came from a baker who was dead beat and only baked because there was no one else. As did I both before and after. Kitchen thin after all-nite sessions for 5 days in a row.

posted it a coupla times (ghosts), 3rd times the charm. coulda stuck it in since i did a surprise ebake well after i planned to be asleep (posted then noticed bread was @730, ha-ha)

 

new baker on qrb, as well, i got relieved after a coupla months. only did 3 breads in a row but that's a lot for me, lotsa notes yesterday very newsy.
