Obama could have called on a stop to the rioting and one-upped Trump. What better way to usher in Mike then saying the Word and stopping the rioting?

Obviously, given his speech, he doesn't want to, or can't stop the rioting and has decided to inflame matters. à la the good old, "The police acted stupidly", days.

Looks to me like the bad guys need to draw in the military in the hope that Trump will fuck up the call and be removed from office for it.

So Mexican standoff days are over. We're going to the mat. No way, IMO, can anyone predict how any thing will play out at this point. It's all fog of war now, with so much information/disinformation being fired about only the people sitting at the dials know what will go down. Observers attempting to find logical explanations are just peeing in the wind. It's tough to get used to the fact that you (yourself) don't know shit at this point in time, but that's the way it's going to be for a while.
