Are you suggesting that someone is stoking racial tensions to sway an election?
Was talking to wifeanon over dinner date last night. Wifeanon copy/pasted a "stop letting this shit be about racism" post from another FB friend.
Of the many responses she got, two caucasian females that responded were, in particular, entertaining to read. One for, and one against wifeanon's post. Both, of course, are married to black men, and gave their perspectives and answers in support or against wifeanon's post. Then, it was interesting watching both said females arguing back and forth over their reasoning for why they feel the way they do.
The worst was the single white female ultra lib telling wifeanon "you just don't get it, look at these abuse statistics from law enforcement over blacks!". It was about that point I told wifeanon I was proud of her for trying to get folks to see, and also took the next 8 minutes pointing out to her the definition of confirmation bias and how it plays into people's stupid complexes.
It was a great date. Little bit at a time, right?
